• Agencies will determine the client's need and completely fill in the voucher for each family.

• Agencies may add other children in a family to the same voucher (a separate voucher is NOT needed for each child in a family)

• No one may shop at the 4C Store without a voucher
  Identification is required, in addition to the voucher
  A family may return to shop at the 4C Store every FOUR months

• Each child may choose THREE outfits and each child will receive THREE pairs of new underwear and socks.

• Parents may not shop for themselves at the 4C Store. Our store is for children only (infants to teens).
